At rhode, we want you to love your skin and your products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused or gently used items purchased directly from our site.

Return Process

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
