Where does rhode ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. We are working hard to bring rhode to more locations soon.

Are rhode products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all rhode products are certified cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in any of our formulas.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Is rhode safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before incorporating new products into your routine.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it's placed?

To ensure fast shipping, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
